Q1. Can I register for the event offline? How?​

Yes. Registrations will be open at Oasis Mall Dubai from the 1st of Feb. You can also register at the venue on the day of the event (18 February 2024) at Gate 3, Za'abeel Park

Q2. How will I receive my kit?

For online registrations, the kit wll be delivered to the location provided. For offline registrations, it will be available at the site of registration.

If you are registering as a group of 10 or more, please reach out to beat.diabetes@landmarkgroup.com to discuss delivery options.

PAYMENT

Q3.  What is the cost of registration?

Adult registration fees (13 years of age and above): 20 AED

Adolescent registration fees (8 years of age – 12 years): 10 AED

Children registration fees (7 years of age and below): Free entry

Q4. Do I have to pay up front when I book online/can I receive an invoice?​

Yes. Payment is required up front.

Q5. What types of payment do you accept?

For online registrations, we accept all major credit cards. For offline, we only accept cash.

Q6. Where will the proceeds from this event go?

All funds raised through registration fees will go to support the research and treatment of diabetes through our strategic partner for the event, Al Jalila Foundation.

AT THE EVENT

Q7. Is there an age limit on who can attend?

This is a family event and we encourage all members to participate, regardless of age.

Q8. Where can I park my car?

We encourage all participants to use public transportation on the day to reduce carbon emissions and to avoid any parking issues.

There will be parking available at the venue, however this is not free of charge and is managed by RTA.

Q9. Which gate can I enter from?

You can enter from Gate3, Za’abeel Park.

Q10. Do I have to pay park entry fees?

No. As a participant, you are granted free access to the Za’abeel Park for the event.

Q11. Where can I get involved on social media?

You can find all our social media links via our website https://www.beatdiabetes.me/ae/en. There will also be event-specific hashtags that will we share with you at the event.

Q12. How can I facilitate Special Access requirements?

If you have any special access requirements, please contact us at beat.diabetes@landmarkgroup.com Upon registration and we can make necessary arrangements to enable your attendance to this event.

Q13. My company is interested in sponsoring the event, how do we get involved?
